Meewasin
$20
These pieces are inspired by the Meewasin River Valley which runs through my hometown of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. “Meewasin” is the Cree word for “beautiful”, and is an accurate description of the rolling hills and natural grasslands that surround my city. I was born and raised on the prairies and am endlessly inspired by the vastness, the living skies, and the subtle beauty of my home. I acknowledge and am grateful to live on Treaty Six Territory (Cree, Dakota, Lakota, Nakota, Saulteaux, Dené) and homeland of the Metis People.
