Haley Mathewes
A Charleston, South Carolina based artist with a background in costume design and a career in fashion retail, Haley's main field of subject is not surprisingly, the female form. Characteristic of her work is an expressionist style and layered media ranging from charcoal and chalk to acrylic, watercolor, and gouache. Haley lives in Charleston with her husband Thomas and their daughter Gigi.
